Jacob Acevedo
Principal
Mr. Jacob Acevedo serves as principal and VP of Business Development for Grapevine Development. Subsequent to his undergraduate career, Jacob served as Grapevine’s Director of Operations, assisting the principals with several deals across Southern California with project management, including legal document review, company administration, and coordination contractors and architects.
At Georgetown, he completed his Masters in Real Estate Development with a concentration of Real Estate Finance. Jacob returned Grapevine full time to assist the management of several public and private partnership deals. At Georgetown, he was able to produce pro formas for deals built with Microsoft Excel. He completed his Capstone in 2022 that explored financing a hospitality project in Temecula, CA and exploring alternative methods for mezzanine or bridge financing for which he was contacted by several groups.
Jacob returned to Grapevine upon completion of the program and believes in the model of public, private partnerships to understand the needs of communities before we engage in scope and design.
Jacob is a native of the San Fernando Valley where he witnessed the massive socioeconomic disparity throughout its communities. Recognizing the need for economic development in historically disadvantaged communities is what continues to motivate him to provide the best services for communities who are forced to travel distances for higher quality products.
