The project will deliver a thoughtfully designed 64-unit housing development, consisting of 10 affordable units and 54 market-rate residences. This collaborative effort between public and private stakeholders is focused on expanding housing availability while supporting the City of Riverside’s broader goals of sustainable growth, community vitality, and housing accessibility. The development will introduce high-quality housing, modern amenities, and carefully planned community spaces that contribute to the neighborhood fabric while helping address the region’s growing housing demand.
