Plans call for the addition of approximately 35 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project would cater to single women with children, and thus would also include an on-site daycare center.

"The project, which is being developed by Grapevine Advisors, will consist of a four-story building on a featuring 208 market-rate apartments and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space."

"Exchange, which was designed by Santa Ana-based SVA Architects, consists of 132 affordable housing units, outdoor recreational amenities and a one-level underground parking garage."
